Refund policy

We want you to love your chocolate. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable.

Because chocolate is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened bars. Approved issues may be refunded or replaced at our discretion.
